YOUTH PASTOR CHECK LIST

#1 COMMUNICATE TO PARENTS/STUDENTS

  • Re-iterate Camp Rules

  • Packing List and Dress code policy

  • Share detailed schedule (you will be given your horseback riding/tower schedule when you arrive)

#2 HOST FINAL CREW (Leader) MEETING (Recommend 1 week before camp)

  • Go over assignments & updates, re-iterate camp rules, crew creed, & arrival day schedule (below)

  • Make sure all background checks have been completed, you will be required to sign a form stating all of your leaders have completed a background check.

#3 ARRIVAL DAY SCHEDULE

Check-in: Monday between 2-3pm

- Youth Pastor’s check-in at the Gym Lobby (If you are unable to check-in please send a trusted leader)

- Please bring in any medication that was submitted by a student

- You will receive all your keys, updated information, & turn in medications

Welcome Party: 3:00pm

Team Captain Meeting: 3:15pm (Crew Room)

Scavenger Hunt: 3:30pm (Team Captains & Teams on the field!)

Ref Meeting: 3:30pm (Crew Room)

Youth Pastor Meeting: 4:00pm (Crew Room)
